P & F

The P & F Association welcomes you to St Andrews Lutheran College. To those of you who are continuing at St Andrews and to new parents joining us for the first time, we invite you to take an active role in your Association.

Every St Andrews parent is automatically a member of the P & F which encompasses Preparatory, Junior, Middle and Senior School.  

Meeting Dates for 2013
All meetings are held at 7.30pm in the CRC. Parents are most welcome.  Drinks and nibbles are served and you find out about the ‘other’ side of College life. Agenda items for discussion close a week before the meeting dates.

Term 2 - Wednesday 12th June 2013

There are still a number of vacant positions on the P & F. Nomination Forms for the positions of Secretary, Treasurer, and Sub Committees are now on the P&F link of the College website. Please download the form, complete in full, and advice the P&F President 14 days prior to the next meeting. As per the P & F Constitution, voting will be at the next General Meeting. If there are more than one nomination for a position a ballot will be cast at the meeting. Download the form here

Fete 2013
We are well into planning for this year’s 20^th Anniversary blockbuster Fete. This event not only showcases the college but is also a great community event. We are still looking for volunteers for a number of stalls and to assist planning.  Please give this some thought if you feel you have the time to put into this wonderful event. If you need further information please contact any of the P&F Committee members or email pandf@salc.qld.edu.au. 

We are now taking any donations you may have for the fete – clothes, toys, books……..
