The St Andrews Lutheran College philosophy emphasises the development of the whole person which includes physical, social and emotional development. Participation in a comprehensive sport program plays a major part in this development.
At St Andrews we cater for the entire student community to participate in sport, while still providing the pathways and opportunities for talented sports participants to play at District, Regional, State and National levels in vast range of sports.
We provide numerous opportunities for leadership in the sporting area. As well as having College Sport Captains and Junior, Middle and Senior School House Captains, students are able to assist convening and officiating at school carnivals. We also run an Active School Leaders program for year 6 students. Selected students also attend various Sports Leadership workshops and seminars.
